Extremely poor service from Mastercare - despite being a loyal customer for more than 20 years!
Mastercare's service has been absolutely shocking. Nobody bothers to get back to you despite numerous phone calls and requests for a response. They promise to get repairs done and then don't pitch up. Only one I called was I told that they would not be coming to repair but someone would come to collect the machine, they could not give me a time. Nobody came for four days -despite taking time off work to wait for them. I was promised finally they would collect on Friday afternoon - needless to say nobody arrived. Someone phoned on Saturday to ask if I was home to collect, which I was not. They promised Monday by 10am! I am waiting, but not hopefully. I have been without a washing machine for three weeks now! Please don't expect me to rate your service because it doesn't exist!!!1 reply
