Non delivery of purchased goods
Purchased a office chair on the 11 Nov 21 and payed in full same day. But when trying to phone, simply rings and voicemail that is not returned. The other number just cutoff. No return correspondence for numerous emails sent. As per pay fast, it's paid to a Pieter Robert van Der List order number 274.

No delivery air fryer
They only come back with excuses, I think a number of it is automated, even the from the so called Matt with a 45 day turnaround.ni have requested a refund and nothing is actioned. How do you report such a company and this is effecting other online sale companies, I think very carefully now before ordering. Will rather stick to takealot or loot.
