I ordered the full chicken meal, hot on 4 January 2023. The chicken was just steamed and sauce put over it. They did not even grill it properly and It was not even hot. VERY disappointing. Wont buy again as a waste of money
I was online on Clicks to buy an airfryer on 26 Nov 2021. It showed the airfryer for R899 and if you buy 3 items you get 40% off. I selected few items including kambrook mechanical airfryer and it showed a discounted price of R539. Then clicks removed it from my basket before I could pay aw I was confirming with a family member to buy 3 of it. I obviously did not expect this and I thought it something to do with no stock. When I tried again few hours later, they showed the airfryer but at a higher price over R1200, so it was not a problem with stock. I raised this with clicks and they want screenshots. As a customer I dont expect to do screenshots but I sent them screenshots of a watsapp on the same day asking a family member to check physicaly in clicks and telling him the price. Also at that time I sent him the "price check" screenshot showing R899. Clicks is denying that had it at that price. Instead of admitting they may have made a mistake with the price calculation as it gave a 20% discount (which was showing on the advert) and then the 40%, the implication is that I am lying despite me sending what I had available. It is extremely disappointing that clicks is not admitting to what they did. They want to give a cashback but still cost me R899 which was the price at that time, instead of R539. The call centre agent called me but was no help as she is going by what management has told her.
