I sent my vehicle there to get the gearbox repaired, R25000 later I got it back. About a month later I sent the vehicle back a crossmember bold fell out and the greabox was slipping. They towed my vehicle back on a flatbed. I got the vehicle back and 3 of the 4 bolts were totally loose. No nuts on them. I informed them of the fact and that they need to fix it. Now about 1 year on the gearbox is acting up again and they never even bothered getting back to me regarding the loose bolts. Very poor service from the workshop and team.
I registered and within 2 days I had a offer that I could accept. Weelee was in contact with me almost every day to follow up and make sure I was happy. It was very comfoting to know you are not going to be taken for a ride by a dealer. Will use them for sure in the future again
an account of R234 was placed on my credit report for an account that was settled years ago. I phoned and was informed that It is a mistake on their side and I am in credit. Months later and 5 x calls and 2 x emails and a lot of promises later I get my new report and it is still on my name. I at least finally received a letter that states I do not owe Vodacom money. I learned about this matter when we applied for a home loan and the bank said no as there is a matter on my credit report. So thank you for Ruining that that dream for me. I also STILL do not know what is the amount I am in credit with as every time I ask the matter just gets ignored
