I submitted the following mail to Mr Delivery re unacceptable behavior by their delivery person on 3 December 2021. I have to date received no response other than acknowledge of receipt: Receipt for order accepted by McDonald's Kuils River Kuils River (#DFD85690639) Hi i am dissapointed and very upset re my order. Firstly i ordered 2 x double quarter pounder medium meals. I was given 2 x double chese butger meals wich was in fact 4 x junior cheese burgers. See photo attached. It seems the order was incorrectly catured or received by Mc Donalds. Secondly the order was late and the food was cold. The app stated delivery 17h25 and delivery was after 17h30. Thirdly and very upsetting the driver was very rude to me. On arrival he phoned but instead of answering i immediately went outside and waved to him. I did not delay him. He dropped his bag on the stoep without a word. I had to open the bag myself. Normally the driver would open the bag for me to take the food out. He questioned me coldly why i did not answer his call. I explained that i rather chose to come out immediately. He grabbed his bag and turned around without a thank you for 10% tip, a goodbuy or any other curtuous response. I asked if he had an issue. He kept walking to his vehicle and threw the bag in the boot and climed in his vehicle. I then stated that i will report him for rude behavior. He made some comment which i did not catch, revved his vehicle and left at a speed. I did not give him any reason for such rude and unproffesional behavior and insist that action be taken. I would appreciate an acknowledgement of receipt and response from Mr Delivery wrt my complaint. Regards Thomas Bosman
