Beware when booking with Fatima Jeewa. I paid into her personal account for holiday to Zanibar. Quoted fir sea facing. On arrival we received 2 garden views. After a few days the resort accommodate myself nd husband to sea facing. snygery Travel took no responsibility for the booking, I had to take up the matter with Holiday Factory personally. Booking was done via them. I has eventually refunded R5k from Holiday factory. As the peak season sets in, please beware of bookings.
My husband booked us a birthday day at Lethabo estate from Friday 14th to Monday.after paying in fill for R13k. my husband well extremely ill with chest infections. we contacted Lethabo to assist us for a scheduled we were told it's impossible to reschedule for loose R6k. after numerous communication. we arrived at Lethabo Estate. the took was so dissatisfied. it was extremely colder in the room than the outside. the staff tried the level best to warm up her place and we hold there is another accommodation on the premises. and we would move on Saturday. after packing.on Saturday. we view the.place, to our excitement the place as perfect we packed our bags all ready to.move around 2pm. the receptions tells us that the director had suddenly given the.place to his buds. we were so.humilated. we even asked for a voucher to move put and rebook when Mr. was feeling.better. Reception says we can only get a vouch Saturday evenjng. we search.or another. Venus we could not find and no refund it was not Making our stay. comfortable thus leaving us with no option but to stay at Lethabo until Monday. my husband health was taken for worse . our home drive was pretty far and Mr was in no condition to drive us home. we remind in this freezing room until check out I tried to contact.owner/ directly to no.avail. this was was first we were subjected to ****** and humiliation at the Lethano Estate Lanseria .please of colour.or lives do not matter.
