Beware when booking with Fatima Jeewa. I paid into her personal account for holiday to Zanibar. Quoted fir sea facing. On arrival we received 2 garden views. After a few days the resort accommodate myself nd husband to sea facing. snygery Travel took no responsibility for the booking, I had to take up the matter with Holiday Factory personally. Booking was done via them. I has eventually refunded R5k from Holiday factory. As the peak season sets in, please beware of bookings.

Cannot claim the 'prize'
Perhaps I did not look carefully but I cannot find a telephone number for Synergy Travel - if missed it please help me out as I would prefer to speak to a human. I recently completed an online survey for SA Lifestyle Surveys. One of the 'prizes' is that I get a 25% discount on Emirates' fares. However, I have not received my discount voucher etc. Please contact me to resolve this problem as I need to book a flight and I find communicating via emails which are not responded to you, is not working for me.

25% Discount on Emirates Flights - A complete scam!
<p>My wife recently completed a survey and received the so-called "25% discount" on an Emirates Flight from Synergy Travel.</p> <p>The only problem was that I compared this using a Discovery Vitality discount of 20% on base fairs, 5% less than the "prize" which turned out to be more than R2000 cheaper per ticket. T</p> <p>There is, in fact, no discount on the tickets and the offer is a complete scam!</p>
