Cannot claim the 'prize'

Perhaps I did not look carefully but I cannot find a telephone number for Synergy Travel - if missed it please help me out as I would prefer to speak to a human.

I recently completed an online survey for SA Lifestyle Surveys. One of the 'prizes' is that I get a 25% discount on Emirates' fares. However, I have not received my discount voucher etc. Please contact me to resolve this problem as I need to book a flight and I find communicating via emails which are not responded to you, is not working for me.
