Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on 1 June, the invoice was issued on 6 June (supposed to be delivered within three days). The order still appears as processing on their site. They don't respond to messages sent via WhatsApp or email, and when you attempt to contact them, they simply leave you waiting for 15 minutes. Order now changed to waiting for spares after I threatened to report them. I HAVE REPORTed THE TRANSACTION TO NEDBANK AS *****, AS THIS IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE.

I made a mistake with an online order (ordered incorrect brand of gutter) and phoned the call centre. I got through immediately, and the lady who assisted me was friendly and helpful.
I ordered tail lites for my bakkie on two separate occasions. Both times the correct part arrived within a reasonable time. The part was economical and worked perfectly. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Terrible service. Don't honour delivery deadlines, prices are generally higher than Takealot.l only shopped as l had a gift voucher. Courier collects on 11th, still not delivered. (Apologies, if not delivered by the 18th you can request a refund). I have had faster deliveries from Temu. I have shopped with Amazon UK and US extensively which were great. The only similarity with SA is the name.
Worst online shopping experience. Ordered white 2 x 20l Plascon roof paint. Colour not specified in order description. Green delivered- appears site orders green as default. Customer service email does not works. It took 2 hours of WhatsApp messages (being told what the system says) to find out they don't have white. THEIR SYSTEMS ARE NOT INTEGRATED MAKING IT CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE TO SORT OUT ISSUES.
Worst online shopping experience ever. I should have learnt from my last experience where part of my order was lost and I never received the promised refund. I placed an order on 14 Aug. Got a customer feedback link on 16 Aug (the order had not been dispatched). A representative contacted me and said she would sort the issue. 22 Aug: Three telephone calls, an hour of my time, undertakings not honored, and outright lies from representatives. Only admitted when I pushed for a tracking no. that the order had never been dispatched (simple order of 20m of earth wire). I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. *********** AND INEFFICIENT WITH A DYSFUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS FUNCTION. I am unsure how they stay in business when compared with Takealot's service. Even Makro's is better.
Got billed twice and then sent the deed for the wrong property.
Great product and excellent service! I have used them on five occasions and have not been disappointed. I recently purchased six 825x1050 large prints to help dress a house. Several persons commented positively on these.
I have been a loyal client of Tonneson's for the last 7 years! I have always believed that they were trustworthy and value for money! Sadly this is no longer the case! I had my front wheal bearings replaced on my Mazda Drifter for which they charged me R6000! I thought it was quite a bit a the time, but assumed this was fair. However, I phoned the Mazda agents this morning and the job with genuine Mazda parts would have cost R3800. They charged me R4000 for after-market bearnings that retail for R750 a set and their labour costs are now R1000/hours - the same or more than any original agent! I phoned and raised the issue with Sandra who undertook to come back to me, but never did!
