Sinoplant: Non-existent after sales support
This is the worst after-sales service I have ever experienced. We bought a TLB (LOADER/BACKHOE - 4X4 EURO TYPE). Hydraulic pump broke within 1 month of use. One would expect that there is some level of support, customer service, or even basic communication when buying a machine of this caliber. Instead, the matter is simply passed from one person to the next, leaving it stuck in a loop with no accountability and solution. Despite numerous follow-ups and escalations, there is now complete radio silence and no further communication. The issue is being deliberately ignored in the hope that it will simply go away. Extremely disappointing service.

Terrible service & faulty product
Took almost two months to issue invoice for order and then l collect the "checked" item that l waited half an hour for them to get from the store, to get home and discover is is scratched and basically useless.

Very bad after-sales service
We would NOT recommend Sino Plant Cape Town to anybody!! After Sales Service is ZERO... You can wait for more than a week just for a quote on a piston and sleeve. After phoning them more than 10 times still no quote, and then finally buying the parts from Johannesburg.

Full Refund
Bought a faulty machine and stopped working the first day of purchase and returned it it was sent to their warranty team and they returned the machine and it was leaking and took it back for exchange or refund and they wanted to force me to take the same machine emphasising that it’s 100% working and tested 5 times in a day And they said they rather refund me than to exchange Now they want to **** me some of my money saying the pump will needs replacement but they were calling everyday asking for address where they can deliver the unit and I refused to take it now all of a sudden it needs pump replacement I want my full refund to buy a machine since they can’t give me a different unit. My business is affected and I’m losing clients while they are holding my money Sales manager Phillip van Jaarsveldt at Randburg and centurion branch

Do not buy from Sino Plant
Never buy a brush cutter from these people. their pull starter broke within the first month and a bracket that keeps the head on the shaft snapped. they keep saying its user error but this is not my first brush cutter and I have NEVER experienced these issues. I have multiple machines with a pull starter and not a single one of them has broken. I even stop the machine and manually extend the string, I don't even use the bumper the way that it's supposed to be used. regardless of what I say to them they refuse to refund my money when it is clearly a sub-par build quality. Would strongly advise against any dealings with Sino Plant

Do not buy from Sino Plant
