Very bad after-sales service
We would NOT recommend Sino Plant Cape Town to anybody!! After Sales Service is ZERO... You can wait for more than a week just for a quote on a piston and sleeve. After phoning them more than 10 times still no quote, and then finally buying the parts from Johannesburg.

Worst Medical Aid I Have EVER Been On
Both my kids were sent in at the same time to have their tonsils removed, they paid the anesthesia for my son, but they refused to pay the anesthesia for my daughter. after months and months of sending mails, I had to pay it out of my own pocket, and to this date, the scheme has not even replied to my mails. Worst Medical Aid Scheme ever...

Sage One Accounting
Sage One Accounting from Pastel. The program has been experiencing trouble now for more than two weeks. The system is so slow we are forced to do all invoicing in handwritten book format. This is highly unprofessional. we are paying large fees to Sage Pastel One Accounting and feel that we should get a service in return. We have sent requests to support, but they never reply to any requests.
