Sinoplant: Non-existent after sales support

This is the worst after-sales service I have ever experienced.

We bought a TLB (LOADER/BACKHOE - 4X4 EURO TYPE). Hydraulic pump broke within 1 month of use.

One would expect that there is some level of support, customer service, or even basic communication when buying a machine of this caliber. Instead, the matter is simply passed from one person to the next, leaving it stuck in a loop with no accountability and solution.

Despite numerous follow-ups and escalations, there is now complete radio silence and no further communication. The issue is being deliberately ignored in the hope that it will simply go away.

Extremely disappointing service.
