Bought a faulty machine and stopped working the first day of purchase and returned it it was sent to their warranty team and they returned the machine and it was leaking and took it back for exchange or refund and they wanted to force me to take the same machine emphasising that it’s 100% working and tested 5 times in a day
And they said they rather refund me than to exchange
Now they want to **** me some of my money saying the pump will needs replacement but they were calling everyday asking for address where they can deliver the unit and I refused to take it now all of a sudden it needs pump replacement
I want my full refund to buy a machine since they can’t give me a different unit. My business is affected and I’m losing clients while they are holding my money
