Collection was 2 days late, eventually when the driver picked after me phoning head office, back to middelburg, back to head office, the driver was rude, and my parcel arrived at its destination broken! It was a original piece of artwork, on a wooden canvas, no glass, a wooden box frame, the corners looked like it was driven over that's how smashed it was, I have now lost a client, and my art! Then I get told that nothing can be done? I want to put a claim in, as I was told by fellow artists, that they have posted art with xoc, its shocking and disgusting how they can destroy parcels, and take no blame?
