I'm so disappointed with the quality and service I've received from the Secunda Branch. My queen extra length bed squeaks horribly and the quality is not what I thought I was buying. The branch won't assist me because I don't have an invoice as I've moved, yet it's okay for them not to have a copy of the invoice because they have moved. I paid the bed in full and am prepared to offer a bank statement which they don't want to accept. They're not prepared to assist me in anyway. I'm not asking for a new bed or refund, I just want the bed to be as solid and noise free as a bed should be. It's sad and pathetic that in these current times, service and quality are so shoddy. I have a Serta bed as well as two Cloud Nines purchased elsewhere still in excellent condition. So much for Spine Ortho Care.
