Technicians that don't test properly and just quote you for parts they think could be damaged - if you don't know any better and ask them to test it in a specific way you pay for unnecessary replacement parts, you get feedback only once you've called them (sometimes days later). Even though they force you to pay for the repair before it begins the receptionist doesn't know if you need to pay for it or not. When you do visit them and ask to see a manager (Vani) she never comes out, instead makes a few phone calls to the receptionist asking "what does he want?", and a COVID safety station that exists but no one to man it - my temp was never taken nor was I asked to sign the register there. The receptionist even asked me to use her landline phone - though the COVID pandemic! Extremely unprofessional; The managers are rude on the phone, hide instead of addressing customers and a frustrating experience altogether. Take your delivers elsewhere to be repaired!
