I will book plane tickets but not the packages. Their app is great but changing the extras is a real mission.

British airways wont refund care hire
Do not try and hire a car along with your flights because heaven forbid you need to make a change or cancel the car hire, it seems to be impossible to be refunded. I have spend weeks trying. Phoni I manged to cancel the car hire with avis, but they won't refund me, ba is suppose to, I cannot find a working phone number. The phone number on the automatic response to the email do not exist, presumably they British numbers.
