I came to the store at Canal Walk in Cape Town 5minutes before closing time and was denied entry, when I requested to speak to the manager as it is my right as a customer. Eventually I spoke to Stuart who also denied me access. I told him I will post to Hello Peter and he said I can go ahead. I called the customer center to lodge a complaint to be called by one of the store managers who said he has viewed the footage and is sorry for how things were handled, he will take Stuart for training and give him a warning. I requested an explanation for my closure as to why I was treated in that manner and he said he will call me again so I can come to the shop to resolve as I'm close by. To my surprise I got an sms notification that the call has been resolved and closed
Worst service ever, food was terrible. Waited 15 minutes before I could be attended to. When the order had to be changed my partner had already finished eating which defeated the dinning purpose. No team work amongst the waiters as they won't attend to simple requests if the table is not theirs
