I buy my monthly groceries at PnP Blue Valley Bothrille street Centurion:I go with opportunities as due to circumstances don't have my own transport.This particular few days I had my bakkie,bought my goods including the 900gr Weet bix.The following morning I opened 1 of the 2 boxes I bought as that was the special. Took them back to store and spoke to a female floor manager,checked the shelf to exchange,6 boxes opened infested ,so I took a refund. I drove to Spaar The Reed's and before buying I asked the manager if I could check the contents,also looked suspicious them left.Later went to checkers Raslow I bought a box witch seemed fine. Next month bought from PnP Blue valley again,and again invested,this time I had no transport to return so are what I could and fed the birds with the crumbs. October decided to buy from Checkers Raslow,sadly had 2x 900g for 99.00.,following morning opened for breakfast,all infested with weavells. I decided then the stores don't help or try solve the issues I'll call Bokomo customer care on 24/10/22.. Got a ref.nr.B2210395 and I have to watt app photos of said Weet box with till slip at Wich I stated I don't stock or keep grocery slips for a month. I was told it will take 72 hrs to investigate and respond back to me. 27/10/22 sent a follow up Watts app, NO RESPONCE : 01/11/22 I sent another Watts app follow up till now still no response. I believe I followed all procedures first reporting to the store management,highlighted the issues,none of the stores did anything to correct the issues,then went to supplier customer care,now if this how customers are treated rather shut down your customer care department. Where to next: DO I NOE GO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL.
This is for the SPCA Centurion team, thanks to your whole team from reception to the vet the euthanized shown to my dog 14/03/2022. Your empathy understanding and absolute professionalism must be highly commended, Sorry guys but i was not myself yesterday and never got the vets name who assisted us, but kindly accepted our deep appreciation in the handling of our AND the DOGS situation.
Great professionalism from cabin crew on my flight back from PE to Gauteng,on Sunday 23/01/22.Needed a wheel chair at ORT on disembarking,arranged,at on landing wheel chair waiting and had me of terminal and waiting family.Thanks again for great service received.
STORE CLOSED DURING LS/POWER CUTS. I feel the Country has been under LS/ power failures for +- 15 years, and that a corporate company like Clicks have not got all there stores geared up with back up power is not on.This issue is not going to go away soon. We now took our day off to go collect our cronic. meds.only to be told they closed due to cable theft,no time frame for recollection can be given. I firmly believe all these corporate companies should have back up power, or they making plenty profit to afford to loose so much business, and Xmas trade. Thanking you.
