Suunto 9 baro service
Ultimo very friendly, helpful and patient. Together with courier guy the service was very swift and hassle free. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Super Slow
They only get 1 star so that I can begin. Actually they'd have to improve some to earn at least a star. My package left Finland on the 16th and arrived in Jhb on the 20th. Then sadly handed over to 3rd party RAM and I see the package only just reached Upington today the 22nd. That's 3 days locally. They're moving at snail speed. This is not the 1st time either. If one could choose your own courier they'd be out of business. Minus 10 stars to RAM.

Disastrous courier
Exceedingly slow. My parcel has been stuck at the CPT collection hub since the 9th December 2021 to date. A full week. I phoned customer service and they're not even sure where it is. Minus 50 stars. There are other courier services far superior to this.
