I would like to lodge a complaint because it seems like SPARK is running a ***** accounts department. I understand I've been late for payments and have made payment arrangements monthly to catch up. I spoke to Vusi Makhubo to advise of the payment arrangement. I'm shocked to see the statement is now inflated R13 000 as if i'm not making any monthly payment I was late with only R4000 & that's the amount I know very well I was behind with. I don't understand How can R130 of interest make my arears to come up to R13 000 in just 4 months??? when I'm only suppose to be owing R 6000 to the school. SPARK is a ***** school and I hope no parent enrolls their child in that school they did the same thing 2023 I had to get my children out of the school because they inflated the school fees to R30 000 because of the problem of government schools always being full I had no choice but to put them back to this **** of a school. They inflate amounts like it's going out of fashion and when you ask for their superiors they block you so you don't speak to management
I was applying for an online course normally it's a nightmare to be registered & doing applications online with schools. However my experience with Rosebank college was the total opposite I was assisted by Mpho Gaseitswe student advisor office & he processed the application with ease I was ready to start class immediately with no hassles. Very impressed with his outstanding service
I'm so disappointed with schools service with the account which I have been trying to sort out since last year September where I had been making numerous calls & sending e-mails & no one bothered to come back to me. This is my second complaint because it seems like SPARK does not care for its clients as long they keep getting money. My kids have had to be at home for the period that the account in arrears is being sorted because they don't want to accept minimum payment even after I had explained the situation now I'm getting e-mails which advise me I must pay an amount of R7014 for late termination, the reason I terminated is because I no longer want funds that will keep accumulating meanwhile my kids are not attending school because as had explained to the lady which is handling my query I cannot afford the money their requesting so NOW WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET AN EXTRA R7014 ONTOP OF THE R32 000 which is supposed to to be paid???? No one told me there would be a penalty for terminating the contract. I think it's time I took SPARK to the consumer protection department because this is now seriously fraud.
I have never seen such Incompetence with SPARK accounts department you are never able to get hold of anyone in the accounts department you live messages, you send e-mails and no one gets back to you. You request contacts for senior people they don't want to give you their details. I have sent numerous emails to Sihle I have e-mailed this Francoi person whose supposed to be the Financial CEO even worse the e-mail bounces back!!! I'm being threatened that my kids will not be allowed to come back to school next year but on my part I've been trying to resolve this & no one is getting back to me. SPARK account department their all fraudsters they write contracts that are ambiguous & don't clearly explain how this ****** relief works & now I've accumulated areas then they threaten me that my kids are not going to be accepted next year I'm taking this further if I have to have an ombudsman created just for SPARK Schools network I'll do that I'm very disappointed & angry with SPARK
