Capitec Bank Disappointment
On the 2nd of Jan I booked 2 flight tickets for my son and nephew from Cape Town to Bloemfontein with Travelstart. The travel agency double charged me and so I contacted them and eventually released the money back to my bank. In 3-4 working days my money hadn't reflect yet and so I enquired and they forwarded me an email from Capitec Bank stating they the issue was resolved, which I was surprised to see as I hadn't received anything yet. I went to a branch near me and spent a whole hour without getting proper answers. I was told the bank will contact me as they are investigating but the never did. I called customer care but was of no help as well, the agent asked me to contact Travelstart to verify the release of money. I did that and the travel agency confirmed and said Capitec Merchant did confirm as well. I went back to Capitec branch and spent more time waiting for them to resolve my issue. I was to I will be contacted and till this very day no progress has taken place. This has been of such a disappointment and I really feel betrayed by a bank I use.

MR D Food is USELESSS!
Couple of weeks ago I ordered food my family, but Mr D Food driver never delivered my food. I made an order again after a few mins and experienced the same problem. Decided to drive to the shop where I ordered but was shown that Mr D Food drivers collected, but never delivered to my place of residence. I put in a complaint but wasn't refunded all my cash. I keep on sending emails but I still haven't been refunded the complete amount I spent!!! I'm done using those useless service providers!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS!!!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son mid November hoping to surprise him with an early Christmas gift. As time went there was no communication with my purchase whether it will be late or not so I enquired via email and WhatsApp but never received any response. The package finally arrived 2nd week of December but was very disappointed to see what **** I was sold. They are 100% fake and one can see from the minute you see them. I've sent an email requesting I send them back for refund but have had no response till the day!! Absolute Drip as an ABSOLUTE SCAM and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from them to reconsider, they might have delivered to a few but they are scammers indeed. I urge everyone to be careful the these people!!!
