We ordered the 5kva Hybrid Axpert Inverter with 6.5Kwh Lithium Ion Battery special that they still have on. We received a waybill almost a month ago, with no updates on shipping. Tried calling the number listed and it keeps going to "voicemail" where it says, "the mailbox is full and cannot take any more mail". I feel completely robbed .
