i just bought a 5.12kw lithium ion battery from this company and has not been delivered ,no calls answered , no email replies , my client is very annoyed how do i retrieve funds or get hold of thesunshop.co.za

Deceptive Business after your money - ****** information
I confirmed with the Alphen Pharmacy who have been in the same business complex for 13 years that there was never such a business. Also the vat number reflected on their site is for a different solar business at a different address, as well as the business registration number is reflecting on a different website: https://sunstore.co.za/

Thesunshop online website is Bogus
Watch out, bogus online ordering company thesunshop is taking your money and when collecting you will realise their address given on you order is occupied by another renter. I experienced this myself on the 18 th May and while I was looking for them at that business park x2 more persons were searching for them and they did pay over TR??.

Complete SCAM
We ordered the 5kva Hybrid Axpert Inverter with 6.5Kwh Lithium Ion Battery special that they still have on. We received a waybill almost a month ago, with no updates on shipping. Tried calling the number listed and it keeps going to "voicemail" where it says, "the mailbox is full and cannot take any more mail". I feel completely robbed .
