I ordered a book online on the 26th of November 2021. I immediately decided to cancel the order which I tried multiple times online over a few days. The order just kept saying "being processed". Eventually on the 1st of December I called their Toll Free Number. After calling multiple times someone finally answered. They cancelled my order on their side and it showed cancelled online as well. Then I started waiting for my refund. After a week I gave them a call again, once again it took several calls before someone answered. I was told they will talk to the the Accounts Department and call me back within an hour. I never got a call back and for the rest of that day and the next few days no one answered their phone. On Tuesday the 14th of December I finally got them to answer and was told yet again they'll talk to the Accounts Department and get back to me. Shortly after I received an email with a screenshot that supposedly should be proof that my money has been paid back. The transaction date also showing the 14th. Then I received another email apologising for all the trouble and promising that the money has been refunded and will show in my account within the next 24hours. Its Friday the 17th now. Exactly 3 days since I've received those 2 emails and still haven't received my refund. I've tried call their number multiple times today with no answer. I will never use their online website again.
