I should have check Hello Peter before booking a repair for my dishwasher. I booked a repair for my diswasher, all the guy had to do was replace the outlet pipe which he did do but proceeded to break the bottom plate of the dishwasher, the sides of the machine are bent. And the one side is loose. When you open the dishwasher it makes a s****ping sound it never made before. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend using these guys. He then proceeded to charge a fortune just to replace a pipe. Which I am sure includes the call out fee which they claimed would be waived if they do the repair work. I know that they really don't care and will not respond as they have not responded to other complaints but if other people can be careful when booking.
