I have cancelled my medical aid in december 2024, and bonita’s advised that there is a refund due and that i needed to complete the refund form and attach my id copy and bank statement, i completed it and sent it back and that was around the beginning of January 2025, they then went completely silent no acknowledgment of the documents received, i then send a follow up email with no feedback, 3 months goes by they respond requesting again for the same documents; as the one’s i sent expired. i completed again and sent it. they again go quiet. we now heading for end May i call them, they tell me no documents has been received, i resend again, the guy tells me he will escalate and it will take 14 days. no feedback whole of June its long passed 14 days i then call yesterday 30th July and the consultant literally tells there is no feedback, i asked for a manager’s email she tells me she’s not allowed to give the email i said well can i speak to your manager she then responds so Mrs Erasmus i see your documents now, Like What in the actual F@$&!! She then tells me that she will escalate to finance. cool, then i now receive an email where they asking for my marriage certificate! I think bonita’a should rather ask for my entire existence including my husbands and kids birth certificates because WOW!! They a whole bunch of *********** clowns working there with no respect for clients who pays their salaries! i am disgusted by their service. i would understand if it was a couple of 100 thousands!! i will not recommend bonita’s to anyone! they might as-well close down! Pathetic!!!
The Person whose taking orders at J&S is extremely rude and unprofessional! they take 30min to respond to a simple question and has a don't care attitude, I will no longer be supporting J&S service is Pathetic!
I was assisted by a lovely lady millicent, she was quick and very effective with all i asked for! thank you for being amazing millicent we need more people like you!
