No heads up or contact from them regarding a change over in systems, been without lines for the past 2 days already and can not get ahold of anyone at their offices to assist or provide an eta. Worst telecommunications company ever.
We have been experiencing extremely bad lines from yesterday (20/12/2021) on our telephone lines, we have spoken to Chris and Xolani at Voice and Data (with evidence of all call logs), they kept rebooting our system then it works for about 30mins and then back to the same problem, we also have an email trail to Voice and Data from yesterday with no response at all, it was also stated in the email that our business runs on calls and therefore we would be losing business with the lines being down for so long. The problem continued into the 21/12/2021 when my manager called and spoke to Xolani he said he had not received any email or phone call from us. We then spoke to a guy by the name of Ricardo who forwarded me an email that he sent to Xolani and Chris indicating the problem at hand and the time frame it would take to fix. We are extremely disappointed with their service as a customer as they have been no help at all
