I'm still waiting for feedback on the emails I have been sending to furnituremart due to bad quality of pablo couches it's hardly 4 months but sinking in I have paid 11500 for them, i need my refund
Good day I have bought couches from furnituremart in november then I was not happy with the quality I sent them back I was told to choose another couch that was in december I did and add on cash as the one I chose was a bit expensive so I returned Bianca couch and took pablo couch it's hardly 4 months the couches are sinking in a I have them an email that I need refund no respond
I have purchased couch from furnituremart in wonderboom withing a month the couch is not comfortable,I went to the store where I was given an email adress to send a query,I have been emailing with no feedback,I was advised that I will be given an option to substitute with another couch,the couch I have bought is Bianca L shape, I have been sending emails to service@furnituremart.co.za
