I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I was not able to get assisted with a warranty for a lounge suit I bought in 2022 June due to the fact that I signed for damages - yes, damages viable on the floor (which was a tiny scratch behind the couch). a few months after purchasing the (VERY EXPENSIVE) suit the stitching started coming loose and now its my problem. I am still unhappy!!!

I wondered why this store was empty with people because they have great products. However their store attendants aren't doing a great job, them seem lazy. They need to hire new motivated people to sell their great products

Bought a recliner set for my first place back in the beginning of September, only bought this expensive set on the condition that they are delivered in 3-4 weeks. I was told 4 weeks would be worst-case scenario. No real answer as to when stock will arrive like they haven't made arrangements with the supplier. Should you not know when your stock will arrive if you order them from a supplier? Either they don't order the stock until there are enough orders or there's 1 man making these couches from scratch behind the building because man, This is really terrible. Also why keep the stock 'in stock' on the website if you cant even supply people who have bought a month ago

Hi.. I bought a Restonic Queen bed in May 2020 before the bed was a year the mattress springs started coming out.. right now the mattress is in a terrible state that I cannot bare because it's killing my back and it's not comfortable to sleep on.. The worst part of it all is that the bed comes with a 10 years guarantee which went as fast as 1 year.. I don't know what Furniture mart is selling to us but its definitely not what's on the name of the product. QUALITY IS NOT A PRIORITY TO FURNITURE MART AND THE RESTONIC I BOUGHT ITS FAKE.. PEOPLE SHOULD RECONSIDER BUYING AT THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..

Hi.. Good day I have bought couches from furnituremart in november then I was not happy with the quality I sent them back I was told to choose another couch that was in december I did and add on cash as the one I chose was a bit expensive so I returned Bianca couch and took pablo couch it's hardly 4 months the couches are sinking in a I have them an email that I need refund no respond
