Sibusiso was very helpful in explaining and putting my concerns at ease.
Bought a car from them (they told me it was the owners wifes car) and it gave me problems from day 1. Wanted to cancel the deal with them and they told me they would charge me the AA rates for the mileage i put on the car. I was well within my legal right at the time. They agreed to do repairs and them made me sign a document under duress (would not let me leave) to say they wont be liable for further issues that arrise. price for the car was R114 000 but then they sold me a mechanical warranty (which they never said was extra) which came to R140 000 and then never tried to get other finance options only MFC which gave me 18% interest. paying R200 000 on a 2012 model car. This was my first time buying a car ever. I was 22 at the time and did not know better. Please steer clear of this place. Shadier repairs and even shadier salesmen.
Very quick to take money even though I am on a mechanical warranty plan, Nick (the mechanic) made very sure that he mentioned "the warranty wont pay for this" before inspection was even done. Once repairs were done i left the garage and not even 5 minutes later the sound i brought the car in for started again. He had the audacity to say "its not the same noise". He also charged me for 5L of coolant and sends me away with the coolant tank half empty? My car also had a new scratch on the back fender. But i did not even want to try fight that at this point.
Sold me an accident damaged vehicle with timing chain and overheating, and auto stop start issues. 1 month after having it the brakes had to be replaced twice, coil packs and spark plugs needed to be replaced, Then car starts leaking oil, then coolant in bottle boils. The dealership had to 'test drive' the car multiple times to believe me when i told them there was an issue. Sold me a mechanical warranty without my consent (did not even mention it) Then took out a 36 month contract with cartrack without my knowledge. I only found all of this out after i had signed the mfc contract and received the other documents 3 days later. how convenient, after the cooling off period. anyway, paying 3.5k for a 2011 model vehicle that barely works. They took advantage of me because i am young and it was my first time buying a vehicle. Steer clear of this dealership.
Bought a recliner set for my first place back in the beginning of September, only bought this expensive set on the condition that they are delivered in 3-4 weeks. I was told 4 weeks would be worst-case scenario. No real answer as to when stock will arrive like they haven't made arrangements with the supplier. Should you not know when your stock will arrive if you order them from a supplier? Either they don't order the stock until there are enough orders or there's 1 man making these couches from scratch behind the building because man, This is really terrible. Also why keep the stock 'in stock' on the website if you cant even supply people who have bought a month ago
