Paid for goods and still no progress on my items.

I am disgusted by the level of service I have received from G Star online. I purchased items online on the 8th December 2021, till to date under my tracking imy status still shows In Progress. I called their toll free customer care and no feedback received. They got their money with no hassle but I still have not received my items. I emailed I’ve been calling nothing. Are they scammingpeople too around these big days. I’m so disgusted by this.
