Don't order from G-Star, get jeans from Superbalist
I ordered a pair of jeans which was way too big in early December. I requested a return, and was promised Aramex would come collect on 5 December. It's now 18 December. I have emailed five times, and each time the customer service at G-Star says they haven't heard back from Aramex. It's ridiculous. I also tried to retun the jeans to the shop, and they don't allow that. So i'm basically completely stuck for options. I would never ever order from them again - rather go to Superbalist, which has great offers on G-Star and actually has good customer service.

Horror of G-star Jeans online store
I bought 2x G-star trousers eans online did everything, I waited about 4 weeks for my order. Once it came to my surprise one of jean was big size, so I returned as per their return policy of all communication was fine & received it. Eversince I waiting for my refund called & email they calls don't get through but on emails they claimed that they did refund me with no proof as they don't have my account number to transfer my funds to me. So this G-star jeans online doesn't care I wish can learn this experience shop only on those SA stores or online with SA only as they are locally located that Netherlands based G-star jeans online it's very bad with very poor customers service & arrogant people.

Thieves do not want to refund me.
horrible service from GSTAR online, do not purchase anything online from these thieves. i ordered a pair of jeans, still have not received it, they say my order is stopped at customs. i do not want this order, and they refuse to refund me, even though i have not received anything from GSTAR.

horrible service from GSTAR online, do not purchase anything online from these thieves. i ordered a pair of jeans, still have not received it, they say my order is stopped at customs. i do not want this order, and they refuse to refund me, even though i have not received anything from GSTAR.

Paid for goods and still no progress on my items.
I am disgusted by the level of service I have received from G Star online. I purchased items online on the 8th December 2021, till to date under my tracking imy status still shows In Progress. I called their toll free customer care and no feedback received. They got their money with no hassle but I still have not received my items. I emailed I’ve been calling nothing. Are they scammingpeople too around these big days. I’m so disgusted by this.

WORST SERVICE FROM MITCHELL_FALSE ADVERTISING ON WEBSITE
G-Star online has a false promise of 3-5 working days whereas they intentionally ommit the part where there is another 10 working days waiting period. Their service is absolutely atrocious, do not buy anything from them and if you are being helped by a gentleman who names himself Mitchell and sometimes conveniently Mitch when he realises that you are the same person who he was screaming at, you are in for a hard time as he probably is the only person in the world who conveniently doesn't have a senior on duty during a normal working day.

For the first time I use G-Star online store 08 January and today is 15 still no delivery no Fedax update about my package and as a first time online buyer at g star I'm really disappointed
