G-Star online has a false promise of 3-5 working days whereas they intentionally ommit the part where there is another 10 working days waiting period. Their service is absolutely atrocious, do not buy anything from them and if you are being helped by a gentleman who names himself Mitchell and sometimes conveniently Mitch when he realises that you are the same person who he was screaming at, you are in for a hard time as he probably is the only person in the world who conveniently doesn't have a senior on duty during a normal working day.
Hi, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your agent Teboho Mokoena from Online support. I contacted him to track my order and he said my order was cancelled as they did not receive the money. Mind you I paid directly from site and did not do an EFT. I contacted the bank and they advised that Makro / your system needs to link my payment so that the payment is not pending on my statement. This Teboho character decided that he will cancel my order after my email proving to him with a screenshot that the order is still very much active. He then sent an email saying that my order was cancelled due to insufficient stock but as he sent that mail, I was on the phone dealing with Nthabileng who specifically told me that there is stock and I can re-order if I wanted to. After that mistake that you made Nthabeleng tried to salvage this situation or lack thereof and said she cant reverse the cancellation. I requested to speak to the supervisor who's name is Anthony and after he tried to cheat me out of the delivery fee saying the order will be sent through to the Montegue Gardens store whereas I paid for a delivery fee, he changed his tune and denied that he said I must collect at the store (to my belief these calls are recorded). I have subsequently requested that either of the staff that was "assisting" me to send a confirmation in writing that I will receive my order in 2-5 working days as discussed via telecom with Anthony but no one is responding to my email. What does a person need to do to get adequate service in your entity because seemingly either the training of your staff members is not of good standard or your organisation just does not care about its customers.
