FNB keeps bouncing my debit orders, charging me for the bounced orders (even though there is plenty of money in that account), then bouncing them again and charging me again. When I tried repeatedly to call, their phone lines don't work. I'm now in legal trouble with Vodacom, my insurance etc and FNB is totally clueless about how to help. This has to stop!
Vodacom is completely incapable of billing me correctly. They keep saying I'm not paying my bill (which is on debit order, and always has been for 10 years). When I called to resolve it, they said I had to go into the shop and they canceled my phone connectivity. I went to constantia village and paid to be reconnected and settle my bill. However, they STILL couldn't get their act together to clear and balance my accounts. INSTEAD THEY PUT MY BILL TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO TRY TO SORT THIS OUT MY SIDE!!! RIDICULOUS!
I ordered a pair of jeans which was way too big in early December. I requested a return, and was promised Aramex would come collect on 5 December. It's now 18 December. I have emailed five times, and each time the customer service at G-Star says they haven't heard back from Aramex. It's ridiculous. I also tried to retun the jeans to the shop, and they don't allow that. So i'm basically completely stuck for options. I would never ever order from them again - rather go to Superbalist, which has great offers on G-Star and actually has good customer service.
Do NOT book with Travelstart. Do not. I had to cancel a trip that suddenly fell through, with plenty of notice. Travelstart charged me insane fees in the amount of almost 30% of the booking. Plus another fee I had to pay up front in order to get anything back. Plus they kept the money for the travel insurance I never used. It is INSANE! I own a travel agency, and I can tell you this is the worst policy and customer service I have ever received.
I made a Woolies dash order, but the app is glitching. The money came off my account, but I never received the order number or the order due to app issues. I then called, and the agent couldn't find my order then cut me off. PLEASE ESCALATE ASAP!
I ordered Woolies Dash, and the driver waited only a few minutes at the security gate before dashing off without delivering my food. I tried to call him, and he didn't answer. He just returned the food. When I called Woolies Dash, they said they never re-deliver. And, by the way, my money will take 5-7 days to be refunded. So basically they keep your money as long as they please and don't deliver what they say!??? What is this??? Now I have to go to the shops anyway without the money to buy the food I need. This is insane!
I have sent my documents (including my new passport) in for KYC compliance FIVE TIMES. FIVE! And then I followed up with a call to make 100% certain the documents were loaded. And STILL no one can manage to update my information and documents! Come on, FNB! Your service is getting more and more shocking every day I really can't cope with it any more.
FNB has zero service delivery now. My card was lost and I waited now over 7 days with no sign of the card. I called several times and they dropped my call. I went to the bank and they told me to call CCD couriers. I called the couriers and they don't seem to exist because their phone lines and emails are down. This is insane! It's like the bank itself is de*****ing me! I want answers and I want my bank card ASAP!??
Thus is the 10th time I've struggled with Takealot, and I'm FED UP! The customer service journey is the WORST. It's impossible to find the contact sheet or anywhere to get help. I'm trying to place an order but it's not recognizing my ebucks. Simple to resolve! But nowhere to get realy customer help. Last time it was a computer that failed! This company will and should fail if this continues.
I purchased a new Samsung phone which I need urgently, and it came with a defective charging port. I returned it with all accessories and accidentally left information on it. When I asked them to wipe the sensitive information, no one gets back to me. And then they claimed I have send back missing accessories. No one seems to know how to find the phone which is work R11k and I really need comms! Come on, guys you can do better than this!
