We bought a floorwiz mop at Pick n Pay in last year, i have used the mop about 2 or 3 times and every time one dries it out the whole thing clips out, i have emailed verimark before but not getting any feedback. I am not able to use the mop at all, as one cant dry it out wothout the clip clipping out.
Nedbank deducted a double debit order, One was the 20th Dec and then again the 23rd. I have requested a refund yesterday at 11:31, The lady said it would take 24 hours, and i am still waiting. This is the second year Nedbank is doing this, Easy to take the double debit orders, And then people has to wait te get their money back.
On the 17th September a gentleman contacted me from Bonitas Boncap, Regarding the complaint i laid as to not getting feedback, I explained the situation to him, Stating i wanted to know why my fiances Glaucoma isn't tests isn't covered in full, He said it might be that there is maybe some more results etc needed from the specialist, I asked him to please email them requesting what might be needed and CC me in the mail, Nothing was received from him, On the 3rd of November i emailed Boncap, Asking for feedback, I was contacted on the 4th November, I explained to the gentleman the situation, He said he is trying to get hold of the lady that is working on this case, He said she is busy and will phone me back, i have asked them to please phone me that same day at 16:30 we are now 10 days later and nobody has contacted again. I have emailed again on the 5th as well, And no feedback. Could someone please contact me who can assist me in this matter, and not saying i will give you feedback and then you hear nothing. My fiance is on Bonitas Bocap, I requested info regarding eye and laser tests he needs to go for, In my email i mentioned, I do have third party consent and gave my details as well, ailed me back, said they cant give me info due to POPI and i need third party consent, So i stated again i DO HAVE third party consents, They asked me for his clinical report, on the 8th September, I mailed back stating this info was already given, And if they are not able to find it, To please contact the Eye and Laser specialist, Today is the 16th September no feedback again. There is always a long wait for feedback and people isn't able to answer the questions what is needed to be known, I have struggled so much this year with feedback and info for my fiance on this medical aid.
We have been struggling to get a invoice paid for podiatry, They keep telling me there is no benefits, But my fiance has a treatment plan that gives him this benefit, This account ids overdue with 2 months already. Every time i request feedback they tell me the same, Or it has been sent to IT but nothing more than this. I think this long wait is rather disappointing. Good day Myself has been on Bonitas Boncap for about 5 years, This year my Fiance moved over to Boncap as a new member on his own medical aid. We filled in the application, We have disclosed in the chronic section, He has Diabetes, Cholestrol and Glaucoma, When he wen to they eye specialist for these test after account was submitted, They told us we never disclosed he has Glaucoma, No one ever came back to me after i emailed the original application where we stated he has this chronic illness, Even the eye specialists contacted them, Boncap asked them to fill in a form, The lady from the Eye specialist contacted me this morning, Stating she didn't get any feedback. This was done in May month already, Boncap has the most terrible service on the chronic side.
You guys are claiming medication without consent of clients. I am sick and tired of this, I have emailed stating i dont want you to claim, and you guys go ahead and claim I will not leave this sly service of you guys here, This is ***** claiming on people's medical aid without consent
My fiance is on chronic medication, Been on Boncap since January, He claimed through a pharmacy every month. Today when we wanted to claim, The pharmacist told us, We cant het test strips it was claimed on the 14th April, But on her side it shows out last claim was 29th March. She phoned Bonitas, They told her, The Test strips was claimed through Marara pharmacy and delivered. Marara pharmacy doesnt even have his scrips, i mailed them asking what out co payment would be, Please note NO SCRIPT was added to this email, and we didnt get any test strips? So where is this now? And how can you claim on his behalf without a script? I tried contacting you guys, I have been on the line about 35min due to high call volumes.
I have been on Bonitas Boncap for about 5 years and my daughter almost 9 years. I never really had any issues with them. This year my daughter had to go for a CT scan due to sinus problems, causing her to faint, We went for the scan, They are now tellling me there isn't any benefits for scan out of hospital. As per their brochure, under out of Hospital benefit a CT scan and MRI is there, Now they want to tell me it need to be PMB, Where in their brochure is that stated? They tell me no its not stated in their brochure, So how can you refuse to pay an account, If the brochure states out of hospital benefit is there for a CT scan? Much disappointed in their service. At this point i feel like moving away from Bonitas.
4th of March, i went to Bayradiology at Mercantile hospital PE, My daughter had to go for a CT scan, I showed the lady my Bayradiology referral letter, Asked me what medical aid i am on, I told her, she told me my medical aid doesnt pay for a CT scan, She gave me the prices, i told her i will contact them to make a appointment, When i got home i contacted my medical aid, they said that there is a benefit, But authorisation can only be given after the scan IF there is enough prove why the CT scan had to be done, otherwise i will be liable. I contacted Bayradiology Greenacres, made my daughters booking and went to them, With no issues, i had to sign a letter that i am liable if my medical aid doesnt pay. I contacted the lady at Mercantile again. She told me, They stuggle to get payment with my medical aid, and that is why she told me they dont pay. This is a very bad attitude from her, as she just could've explained it to me when i was there, and i also could've signed a liable letter, But instead she just told me they dont pay.
