I was struggling to get assistance from cartrack technicians they kept on canceling the job to install a tracking device on my automatic BMW stating that they don’t know how to do the job. I’m an existing cartrack client with 3 cars I was so frustrated ready to cancel all contracts I have with cartrack until I spoke to Lesego Mashego ,she was professional and apologetic and delivered. Lesego Mashego is solution driven ,she arranged for a senior technician to do the job and it all worked out.I ended up not canceling my 3 contracts I have with cartrack because of her prompt assistance. Thanks again Lesego Mashego much appreciated.

PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL DON’T USE 4LYF GLASS,DON’T TRUST MUZINKOSI
On the 5th January 22 I obtained a quote from 4Lyf Glass, 817 Woodmead Drive (R55) Midrand, Gauteng for sliding door,skylights and Kitchen stable door. Muzi gave me the quotation of R29 664.50 I paid a 70% deposit R20 765.15 on the 5/01/22 .He never showed up and kept giving me excuses eg,(Sick driver,Car broke down looking for mechanic,He’s busy hiring a car,He’s busy buying a new car,His drivers are on the way from Durban to northwest they’ll arrive in the morning hours to do the work) when all of his excuses ran out,He started ignoring my calls meanwhile I could see they opened a branch at Durban and He kept putting WhatsApp status that He wants to be financially stable this year.I requested him to refund my money on the 7th February 22 till today,He hasn’t refund my money,Muzi How long does it take you to refund customers money back? PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL DON’T USE 4LYF GLASS,DON’T TRUST THEM
