A Celebration to Remember My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Jordan Wine Estate, and from the very first interaction, we knew we were in for something special. From the moment I spoke with Darlington, his warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness stood out. Before we even committed or made a payment, he invited me to visit the estate and take a walkabout to view the picnic area — that gesture alone spoke volumes about their hospitality and confidence in what they offer. Needless to say, our decision was made right there: Jordan Wine Estate it is. On the 4th, we arrived at 12:24 and were warmly welcomed by Llewelyn, whose friendly energy instantly set the tone for the afternoon. We were guided to our picnic spot — and what a breathtaking setup it was: a soft cream-white picnic rug, chilled champagne, rose petals, and thirty beautiful roses surrounding our basket overflowing with exquisite, delectable delicacies. Throughout the afternoon, Darlington, Llewelyn, and other members of the team checked in on us just enough to make sure everything was perfect, without ever intruding on our private moment. This morning, as my wife and I lay in bed reminiscing, she turned to me and said, “Thank you for a great celebration — it’s now 20 and a day.” But that day — the one we’ll always remember — was made unforgettable because of the incredible team at Jordan Wine Estate. Thank you, Jordan Wine Estate, for turning our milestone into a timeless memory.

Today I was unfortunate to be served by one of your cashers that was way too fami****, at PnP Kuilsriver, when I saw that one of two cashiers was available I was screamed at by a young lady "No don't come here". I proceeded to go to her, a Muslim girl I consider her a girl as I am by far her senior. When I requested to speak to the manager I was informed by her that she was the manager, I proceeded to ask her her name she refused to give her name, as she was not wearing her name tag. I told her that she was too fami**** and that it is my patronage that contributes to her salary, then abruptly told me and I quote her verbatim "You then don't pay enough" and this job is "****". Is using profanities a general practice by your staff? I only have the best shopping experience at PnP Zeevenwacht. if your staff of Kuilsriver is a reflection of customer care service training then I don't expect any reply.
This establishment, which should be a service business, their business is serposedly there to be of service to children that are celebrating their birthdays, what was astonishing was in a post apartheid South Africa, the white staff shows a blatant disregard and disdain to people of colour, children that was to enjoy themselves had to face atitudes from Adults that wants to make them aware that they know that they are treated different to those children that are white. We paid for a venue that would create a memory and memories for our families that could occasionally when possible get together. Would I recommend this business, I would say emphatically NO NEVER Would I engage with them NEVER NOTHING WOULD CHANGE, "WHITE PRIVILEGE ENTITLEMENT "
My wife and I decided to take a three daybreak, when looking for self-catering accommodation, one is always concerned that what is represented on the world wide web is not a true representation of what one gets, but this place, my word this place, when walking into the front door, our jaws dropped, we've been to Las Palmas, traveled the Chech Republic, enjoyed New York, seen Peruja, but this place, amazing, neat, tasteful, brilliant. We will return definitely return. Can't say enough of the space. the owners really understand how to make strangers feel welcome. Was sad when we had to leave, but we will return
