FROGGIE SLOGAN SAYS "TIMELESS COMFORT FOR WHOLE-HEARTED LIVING.WE USE INNOVATIVE COMFORT TECHNOLOGY MERGED WITH TIMELESS AND VERSATILE STYLE TO KEEP IN YOU IN YOUR SHOES FOR LONGER". IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY PLEASE DON'T BE SIDE LINE AND BRAIN WASHED WITH THE UNTRUTH ADVERTISING. SHOES LASTED ME LESS THEN THREE TO FOUR HOUR AND FROGGIE ADVERTISERS AND COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT ARE AWARE OF IT BUT NOTHING IS DONE. GREEN CROSS , WOOLIES OR ANY OTHER BRANDS ARE BETTER OPTIONS.
Their slogan says "TIMELESS COMFORT FOR WHOLE -HEARTED LIVING". That is not even half the truth, it is a 100% lie. When you complain about the discomfort of the shoes, they send you from pole to pole. Please trust brands like Green cross, Woolies and all other trustworthy brands.
Froggie shoes and customer service is very terrible. From being the best established business to being a ****. You spend your months' salary on your shoes to carry you for your day but instead it does the worst .It wants to take that job away because you not able to be on your feet any more. As your feet are burning ,tired and unbearable to stand on just because you wearing Froggie shoes. On top of that you write an email to customer service you get ignored. If you need terrible service and not your moneys' worth, visit Froggie store.
I purchased a pair of Froggie shoes, 102-3186-100 F/Wear Black ×5, on the 28th of June 2025. I was seeking the comfortability and elegant look that I usually get with the Froggie brand. My previous pair lasted me a good 3 years and still proves to be comfortable to this day. This pair of shoes didn't even last me 3 hours at work. They hurt the soles of my feet, my heels and leave my feet looking red and feeling like they're on fire. They're the most uncomfortable pair of Froggie shoes that I've ever owned and I have had Froggie shoes for over a decade, and they had allowed me to be on my feet for more than 12 hours. I am disappointed by the lack of consistency in the quality of your shoes. I initially thought that the issue was with me when I wore them on the first day but I knew that on the second day, the shoes were the problem. I definitely need an exchange of shoes. I didn't spend (R1745.00)so much money to not be comfortable in my shoes and instead walk like a penguin for the whole day. I am waiting for your feedback and your response on how I shall be receiving my exchange of shoes.
