Absolutely disappointed

I cannot begin to explain the kind of treatment I received from this place 🤮 🤢 absolutely disgusting!!! U wud think since this is one of the industries that suffered the most during these trying times, they would have been more appreciative to new business and welcome it with open arms... I have nothing good to say and pitty it's such a beautiful place and wanted to go and experience a different scenario during these holidays, but clearly Laurel (the lady I spoke to over the phone) ddnt need my money
