4th bad battery, shocking customer service
Extremely unsatisfactory service. All emailed replies to my complaint are computer generated. They don't even read your details and want to refer me to a Vuse shop that is at least 150km from where I stay. Now how does that make financial sense? Changing product for sure. They obviously couldn't care less about customer retention0 replies
