I am extremely disappointed with Vuse product quality. I recently purchased Vuse Iced Mango pods, and from the very first use the pod tasted burnt, dry, and completely unlike the advertised flavour. This was not a mild issue—it was clearly a defective pod and unusable. A product like this should meet basic quality standards, especially from a well-known brand. A burnt taste on first use suggests either poor quality control or a manufacturing defect. I attempted to resolve this through the retailer, Checkers, but they refused to assist and directed me to contact Vuse instead. As a customer, I should not have to go through this process for a faulty product. I still have the defective pod and packaging and would like: A replacement or refund An explanation of how such a defective product passed quality control This experience has negatively impacted my trust in Vuse products. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.

Dear Vuse Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding ongoing issues with faulty Vuse pods. Recently, I inserted a brand-new pod into my device, and it leaked completely empty. I returned to the store, where the pod was replaced; however, I was required to pay half the cost because pods are only sold in pairs. This was not due to misuse on my part, but rather a faulty pod, which I feel is unfair to the customer. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. After receiving the replacement pods, I am once again experiencing the same leakage issue with a new pod. I was advised that the pod should not be kept in my pocket or bag. This advice has left me confused, as it is unrealistic for customers who are on the road or out and about. I would appreciate clarification on how pods are expected to be transported, as avoiding pockets or bags is not practical for everyday use. Given that this is a recurring problem, I am concerned about the quality and reliability of the pods and the lack of reasonable support when faults occur. I believe customers should not be financially penalised for defective products. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that a suitable resolution be provided, whether through replacement, refund, or clear guidance on correct usage and transport. I bought a chargeable Vuse Go at checkers hyper leaping frog last week Wednesday the 12th of November, I have been using it with no problem and the problem started when it goes flat and trying to charge it. It uses a C-type charger, and I tried to charge it with 4 different C-type chargers and its still not charging this is the first time using Vuse Go and the reason I changed from Nasty brand to Vuse Go my friends recommended it for me and now I regret that I wasted my money on a vape that I am unable to use. The least Vuse Go can do is to sell their Vape with damn chargers that are gonna work. As a vape smoking person I am so disappointed at this brand

Extremely unsatisfactory service. All emailed replies to my complaint are computer generated. They don't even read your details and want to refer me to a Vuse shop that is at least 150km from where I stay. Now how does that make financial sense? Changing product for sure. They obviously couldn't care less about customer retention

I bought pods on special and unfortunately they leaked and when I went to exchange they said they don’t exchange after 15. I asked to the manager they told me she can only be accessed via email. They told a photo of the pod unfortunately I didn’t bring the gadget. So they have evidence. When I go the almost every week the manager hasn’t said anything until Thursday and she said she won’t exchanged anything. They gof lost cause I couldn’t use them. The manager said he didn’t promised anything. And I should com for pods and the damaged gadget and I couldn’t find it. Any I also took the display of their they hide the terms and conditions if I saw that I would only buy one. I’m desapoint. It means you willingly take people money. Buy the way the leak helped before the problem is I thought it is a once incident. I’ve been going almost every week being told the Manager manager hasn’t answered.my petrol me following up meant nothing. They just tell you the statement and look the other way and leave you there.is this how you conduct your business I’m really disappointed CASE-04821715

I on 4 occasions have purchased the VUSEGO vape and I need to warn the world this is the biggest ******* out. I have sent numerous emails to the head office and been TOTALLY ignored. before you can even use the full contents of the vape which is 1500 puffs as such the battery runs dead. I then took one apart and found the oil receptacle was still half full. i made a battery fitting and used that vape for another week until the oil had run out. NON EXISTING Client service is the order of the day. what a disgrace the head office is. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
