I bought a chargeable Vuse Go at checkers hyper leaping frog last week Wednesday the 12th of November, I have been using it with no problem and the problem started when it goes flat and trying to charge it. It uses a C-type charger, and I tried to charge it with 4 different C-type chargers and its still not charging this is the first time using Vuse Go and the reason I changed from Nasty brand to Vuse Go my friends recommended it for me and now I regret that I wasted my money on a vape that I am unable to use. The least Vuse Go can do is to sell their Vape with damn chargers that are gonna work. As a vape smoking person I am so disappointed at this brand
i took the FBN connect talk max plan couple of months ago for R229 where i am supposed to get 800 talk minutes and rewarded with 100 GB a month for 10 months, in the month of November i received the minutes and not the data On the 8th I called and spoke to Bopape and advised that he is escalating the matter and SMS me the reference number and he advised that either they are going to call in 24 hrs. or the data will be loaded. I have been calling the call center and agents kept cutting the call. I spoke to Knowledge on the 12th and she promised that my data is allocated and i am goin to get it on the 13th, nothing was received and i called again and they kept on cutting my call Today i call i spoke to Minenhle and did not the story change that my plan does not have data benefit and if my bank account does not have enough money i will not get the data. I was more confused irritated and angry because I took this plan for a reason. i asked to speak to speak to a team leader and they said team leaders are not available as they work remotely, wht kind of nonsense is that? I have been a private client for FNB for a while but the type of service i have received is disappointing . I will advise people not to be tempted to take this offer especially private clients. They offer what they cant deliver.
I went to buy Gin Society London Gin at Thabong Tops and when I got to the event that I was attending I opened the gin bottle, it smelled like something out from the dustbin and smelled rotten, I was far from tops to go back and returnit, so it means tops thabong sells expired alcohol, had i did not know how this gin smells like as i am a regular drinker of this gin i would have drank it and would have consumed poison as it smelled like that. I am vert disappointed at Tops for not check their stock before selling to us. I am reporting this because i feel black people are exposed to such, i am almost certain that you will never find such where the customers are white. This is the last time I buy anything from this Tops and I hope my complain will be heard and something done about this.
I bought 6 pack of mini ultamel vanilla flavored custard at Makro Riversands,I packed one for my niece for school and she came back saying she had to throw it away as it tasted horrible. I decided to open one and taste just to confirm what she was saying and omw it tasted horrible it was like there was aloe inside the custard I opened the box and the smell that came out of there was bad and the custard was more of yellow flavored water than custard, it was watery. What if there was some poison in there? What was gonna happen to my niece? This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a big company like this to risk with customers lives, I want and deserve and explanation for this and I want to know what do they expect me to do with the rest of the remaining boxes. Pathetic service I received from netflorist, my wife's birthday was on Monday the 4th and I had went to their website to see what I surprise her with to be delivered at her work place, I selected 4 items, a "she will not fall journal" and "personalized sage greenery magnet hat box" and I checked if they will be able to delivered the next day and the website confirmed that they will be delivered and I have made the payment before 2pm as per their terms and conditions for delivery for the next day. On Monday morning when i check my order its not ready and I started panicking I made 8 as time was not on my side, not even one of the consultants could assist when i came to hard on them they hung up. The 9th time I called was told they have problem with their machines and they cant deliver and this was after 3pm. I have never received such a pathetic service, when I called today they still could not give me answers they made me hold till i got fed up. At 14:28 today they deliver incomplete order to my wife and after she told me that there was a delivery and she confirmed what it was I was shocked that only 2 items were delivered and the message in the card was cut off and the most important one was not. Tried calling them again the number did not go through till 5pm I would like to advise people that never use this company as they sell lies and false advertising and they should be closed down because I trusted them with my wife's important day of the year and there is no turning back of time
