Purchased Ultra Mel Delight from Checkers, Gordon's Bay on 26 April 2026. Found a rag or piece of cloth at the bottom of one container after consuming most of the product. Your office in Boksburg arranged a courier to collect the product, which was delivered to them on 7 May. Since then I have received no update from them on the matter even though I sent an e-mail requesting an update on 22 May. This is very poor customer relations.

I believe Danone owns Aptamil, which is a baby formula. AptaJunior has been out of the shelves for at least 2 months. There has not been adequate communication on this shortage and way forward for parents. We still do not know when the formula will be back on the shelves. The handling of this situation has been atrocious from your side to say the least. Really disappointing What is the real issue?

I have been trying to reach the customer care line to no avail regarding my complaint. The order's line took my details and advised they would get someone to call me back again to no avail. I purchased 4 x 6 punnets of yogurt, called to complain as the yogurt wasn't mixed properly as per pictures sent to the whatsapp line - no answer after sending the pictures, I called in to query if the yogurt was safe to consume and was told the matter would be sorted out that week - it's now almost a month and I have had to throw away all the yogurt and buy Parmalat brand as the customer service at your customer care line is seriously lacking. Please advise a road to resolution as we are paying money we worked hard for on products we dont get the satisfaction of eating and having to waste.

I hope this is seen by somekne who actualy gives a %$#@ by this company as it seems you dont care to respond Like i said monday in my compaint..that went unresponsive I bought a container of ultramel custard..half way thru this we found what look like a slimey mouldy something..i send yiur useless customercare 2 emails..with pics...and got NO RESPONCE.. Seems that customer service like this is all over south africa..seems your dep that deals with this doeant care...seems your management that makes millions..cares even less.. Your no responce is a slap in my face and your dont give a **** responce is even worse..maybe i must contact the news papers...and see if they will post this..seejng as u are ignoring me Or i must make a nice you tube video ...and post that

I've been a loyal buyer of Danone Nutriday 6-pack yogurts for years, and while I still enjoy the yogurt itself, the packaging has become a major frustration. The biggest issue is the seal. It's almost impossible to open a tub without the seal tearing into pieces. I've tried opening from every corner, but it still ends up ripping, which makes the experience messy and annoying especially when you're in a rush or packing lunchboxes. Another ongoing problem is splitting the six-pack. More often than not, when I try to separate the individual tubs, I end up accidentally ripping the seal of one or more of them. No other brand I buy gives me this kind of hassle. It’s disappointing that such a well-loved product is let down by something as basic as the packaging. I really hope Danone improves the seal and pack design soon, because right now, it’s turning a household favorite into a daily irritation.
