Placed an order on 23 December, Order ID: #000080047. Received an email which indicates my order will be dispatched in the week beginning January 2023. Sent an query on 16 January when neither Manicaa nor the local courier contacted me. Still waiting for a reply from Manicaa.

Pathetic call centre 085 1958
My one contact expired on 25 June, but because it's supposedly still on the old system your call centre 082 1958 can't help me. They've been "escalating" the matter since 12 June and still nothing has been done. Nobody phoned me, I phoned on 4 more occasions and still nothing. Vodascum is pathetic and fast becoming the same as *****count.

How low can you go?
Visited Spur last night. They were very busy, I suppose because it was burger Monday. But having to ask four waiters for a drink and receiving it from the fifth person, who happens to be one of the managers, is unacceptable. It was clear there were not enough waiters and they were avoiding the outside area where many of the clients were seated, most of whom were not satisfied with the service. Waiting for more than an hour and a half for four burgers, which I won't feed to my dogs, never mind eat it. Please provide me with your email address and I will send you photo's of it so you can decide whether you are prepared to eat it. When we asked to see the owner we were told he was out to get some buns, it was after 20:00? I think Spur need to reconsider the owner's ability to hold the franchise as they are doing serious damage to your well known and respected brand. There have been numerous complaints about them on the local FaceBook page, but unfortunately it gets deleted by the admins as they don't allow naming and shaming. The restaurant is at a prime spot on the beach with magnificent views, we had a choice between going to Gordon's Bay or Strand & we went because of the view.
