I want to share my experience as a cautionary note for employees and companies alike. Over the past several months at @Concentrix, I have faced: Long hours and night shifts that affected my health, including sinus infections and depression. Dismissal without prior notice, proper explanation, or confirmation, after a single challenging customer interaction. Denied pay for the period I worked, despite not being formally notified of dismissal. Delay in CCMA proceedings — my case was lodged 4 months ago, and I have received no outcome. Attempted withdrawal from @Momentum provident fund, but the company failed to submit required forms, leaving me financially stranded. These actions have caused almost 6 months of financial prejudice and serious personal stress. I am calling on @Concentrix to address these issues urgently and ensure that employees are treated fairly and with respect, and that company processes for pay, benefits, and disputes are properly followed.
I am extremely disappointed with Vuse product quality. I recently purchased Vuse Iced Mango pods, and from the very first use the pod tasted burnt, dry, and completely unlike the advertised flavour. This was not a mild issue—it was clearly a defective pod and unusable. A product like this should meet basic quality standards, especially from a well-known brand. A burnt taste on first use suggests either poor quality control or a manufacturing defect. I attempted to resolve this through the retailer, Checkers, but they refused to assist and directed me to contact Vuse instead. As a customer, I should not have to go through this process for a faulty product. I still have the defective pod and packaging and would like: A replacement or refund An explanation of how such a defective product passed quality control This experience has negatively impacted my trust in Vuse products. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.

To make matters worse, staff handled the pod (a mouth-contact item) in an unhygienic manner, passing it around before returning it to me. The situation escalated when the store manager, Rachel, became aggressive and unprofessional. During the interaction, she told me “**** you, I don’t have time for this nonsense.” This level of disrespect toward a paying customer is shocking and completely unacceptable. This experience was not only frustrating but humiliating. I expect: Proper investigation into this incident Disciplinary action regarding the manager’s conduct A refund or replacement for the defective product I will be escalating this matter further if it is not addressed urgently. Very poor reflection on the standards of Shoprite Holdings.
I have been having issue with this bank for 2 months now. Money was taken from the account and they can’t seem to figure out where it went everytime they call me about a debit order. I got on chat with MANTWA this person has gone on to say “I will be with you shortly” for 45 minutes I have been asking to end chat and transfer to another agent but I will be with you shortly as if I’m chatting with a robot. I really want to close the account but I want my money first.
Chats agents delay and never assist, - balances that can’t be explained money going missing, I want to close my account but I want my money back. I’m never ever banking with FNB
I pay my bill on the 30th but my Wi-Fi goes off on the 29th. Why? I have been asking for help on WhatsApp but nothing. When I call they tell me about WhatsApp. Just cancel the service
I pay my bill on the last day of every month with no fail. Today is not even the last day of the month but my service is off. To top it off I have been having outages for the whole month and now I cannot even get an agent to chat to me. This is ridiculous
Never have I ever been this disappointed, i purchased a new York cheese cake from Krispy kreme doughnuts the doughnut didnt have filling, the last new York cheese cake i had was filled with cheese cake filling but this one has none, the might as well call it a new York doughnut not a new York cheese cake doughnut because there was barely cheese cake in it
