Unprofession and lairs

These are ****mers who lie to get you to rent. They made us pay a double deposit because the agent said our credit record is bad and therefore we have to pay a double deposit. We paid and lived in their flat, which is at 9 Madeline Road, Windermere/ Morningside, for 2 years. Then we decided to move because of many issues in that flat, including ******* entering the property to ***** clothes and some even breaking someone's car window. They never did anything to improve the safety of people in that flat. These people ****med us of our deposit from R8000 we only received 2000. When you live in the flat no maintenance is ever done, even when you report issues they will never respond. However when you are moving out this is when you will receive emails from maintenance claiming that they fixed this and that, etc. When you challenge them they will never respond, when you ask them to show you proof of all the transaction they made with your money, they go silence! Be careful of this agency. I thank God because my husband requested the other half of the deposit; otherwise, they would have taken all our R16000 deposit. Very unprofessional. We regret ever renting through PropHunt, and we are glad we moved! They do not even deserve the one-star that I rated them.
