Very bad client service
They’re consultants are uninformed and have given incorrect information multiple times, specifically Waylen and Christelle. If they answer your call don’t even bother to waste your breath.

No assistance
If you want to lose money go to this company. We have never had such terrible service from financial advisors. They lack knowledge in regards to the discovery medial aid plans and give incorrect information to their clients. They gave info in regards to an emergency and ensured us the medical aid will pay (that was the reason for consulting them) a week later we get a R4000 invoice from the hospital and our agent is not willing to assist us in correcting this situation although she gave misinformation. Also asked to cancel our vitality at the start of the year, next month our vitality gets billed on 2 different accounts. Yet again no help as if yet.

Great experience and amazing car!
We bought a car at We Buy Cars THE DOME. Our sales rep was Eddie Hanekom. He made me feel so comfortable and was very accommodating. He had patience when we initially wanted an Audi but then decide against it due to a DEKRA report. He then helped us look at other cars and was very gracious when we wanted to test drive them. Had such an amazing experience. Very good service and very good option when wanting to buy a second hand vehicle. Thank you Eddie and thank you We Buy Cars for the smooth process. You will definitely see us again.

Increasing debit order without warning
Do not use this company for wifi. Terrible customer care. Got wifi with them for a certain price. After a few months they increased the debit order with no warning. Contacted them. Asking me min amount of R3800 to cancel and cannot downgrade to a cheaper package.
