Honestly speaking, there is no way that I am ever changing Naked insurance. they are so quick and are very communicative which gives me peace of mind. Ive been with them for 5 years of more and probaly made more claims then I can remember but not even once did i struggle with them. I love that they have different payout options which allows you to get something different then what they insured you if you wish. I love how they are so compassionate, patient. I feel safe talking to them…sounds crazy right? lol. recently, Danielle was the one helping me with my claim, and all I can say is s/he is such a gem, really felt like i am speaking to a friend. I truly appriciate Danielle and her team. Happy and loyal customer
I am very disappointed with @luxoria.aesthetics.sandton . I went there for the couples treatment today, which consisted of 60min full body massage, derma-planning and glycine acid peel. I was 15 minutes late cos I got lost and I called them to let them know prior and they said it’s fine, as long as I’m not more than 30 minutes late. But when I got there, they cancelled half of my treatment, meaning I only got a massage and no Derma planning and facial and I was still expected to pay the full price. There was no contract signed or any communication made to me to say that if I’m 15 mins late, half my treatment will be cancelled, the only thing that the receptionist said was not to be more then 30 mins late. That is very disheartening. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them. Rather save your money and go elsewhere, rather pay for a quality service then waste your money here.
For the past 2 months netvendor is giving me the run around. They once switched off my power while I was at work and said I’m owing R1600. I called them to find out how come because my account as a positive balance. They apologised and turned my lights back on and said that their system failed. I kept getting SMSs with an increase of this debt everyday, today they are saying I owe R3000. I kept sending emails and calling to find out how the system repairs are coming along as I kept getting the sms and no response. And because they said that they are fixing this problem I am unable to buy tokens. Now, I just called and spoke to a Nondumiso. That lady was so rude she couldn’t give me feedback on my emails and instead shut my electricity off. Now I’m sitting without power and idk what to do and just ****** frustrated by them. I honestly don’t know why my estate decided to change our providers to this *********** comedy. Im so ****ed.
Very poor service and their agents are disgustingly disrespectfully and unprofessional and have no regard for the customer. They can never help with anything, . Just utterly useless. I wouldn't recommend thier services to anyone.
