I would like to raise a complaint regarding the quality of service I have been receiving from Axxess. For the first two months after signing up, everything worked perfectly. The internet connection was stable and I had no complaints. However, after that initial period the connection started becoming unreliable. The service is now frequently on and off, with interruptions that affect normal usage and productivity. What is even more frustrating is the experience with the Axxess support department. When issues are reported, responses are either very slow or unhelpful. In most cases, support does not provide a clear reason for the outages or instability, leaving customers without proper feedback or solutions. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and communication when there are technical issues. At the moment it feels like the problems are simply acknowledged without proper explanation or resolution. I hope Axxess can improve both the stability of their service and the quality of communication from their support team, as reliable internet and clear feedback should be standard. I would appreciate a proper explanation of the recurring issues and a permanent solution going forward.
Paid for prop shaft balancing – job not done I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pro Drive Propshaft. I removed my prop shaft myself and drove 120 km from Bushbuckridge specifically to have it professionally balanced to resolve a vibration issue. While there, I was convinced to replace the U-joints, which cost me R2 800, and I spent an entire day in Nelspruit waiting. When I collected the prop shaft, it was clear that no balancing had been done at all — no counterweights, no adjustments, nothing added. The vibration issue remained and the prop was effectively returned unchanged. To make matters worse, the prop was returned with welding splatter and metal debris left on it. When I questioned this, I was told the marks were “already there.” This is incorrect — I have removed and refitted this prop shaft over 20 times and know its condition very well. As a result of this poor workmanship and lack of accountability, I have now had to arrange a trip all the way to Pretoria to have the prop shaft balanced properly. Outcome: 240 km round trip wasted R2 800 spent unnecessarily Full day lost Vehicle worse than before Problem still not resolved This complaint is to warn other customers and to record the lack of professionalism and accountability I experienced. I expected specialist workmanship and received neither.

Skynet Nelspruit first of all Nelspruot I'd always a problem with most big companies because head office never nows what's happening second their drivers ate to lazy to find or not qualified to read google maps to find the destination. So 7 weeks later I told them to shove my money and I'll never purchase another product again from them .They tell me after weeks and weeks 4 consultant's latter we are getting to the bottom of this .lazy useless people.
The Courier guy doesn't solve any queries out what so ever bunch of useless f.....s if possible use another Courier

Hi I have reported Dealsdaily.co.za They don't respond to my mails they don't respond to hellopeter.com so my R1900 00 seems to be stolen as its more than 20 days now how pathetic I'm going to launch an anti Dealsdaily campaign.
